Fantastic location and stunning views

The hotel offers breathtaking mountain views and is located right by a clean pebble beach, allowing for easy access to water activities. The all-inclusive dining experience was enjoyable, featuring a wide variety of foods that pleased our taste buds. the evening entertainment could use more variety to create a lively atmosphere to unwind after a day of activities.

stayed at neptun and loved the food selection, especially the fresh fish and fruits. the room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable retreat after a day by the beach. the location allowed easy access to the stunning pebble beach and promenade.

the wi-fi was incredibly slow.

Had an incredible time enjoying the delicious breakfast spread and the refreshing outdoor pool! The access to the beach made it super easy to chill by the water. Just a heads up, it would have been nice to have more options for light snacks during the day. 🌊

The annex buildings are clean and modern, perfect for those who appreciate privacy away from the main hotel hustle. The pool area is spacious, and there’s a lovely sundeck just a flight up, offering ample room for sunbathing without worrying about overcrowding.

The elevators truly test your patience. they're small and slow, especially during busy hours. A bit of a bummer with the all-inclusive drinks—sodas taste watered down, and the cocktails leave much to be desired. Food variety is limited. if you stay for a few days, you’ll notice most dishes repeat. the beach access is rocky, and renting loungers can feel a bit of a scam at €10 per day. Entertainment is sparse, with some guests having nothing to do. The bathroom facilities are tight—good luck if two of you are trying to get ready in a rush. Finally, if peace and quiet are high on your list, the noise from other guests may disrupt your chill time.

Totally recommend for a two-day stay

Fantastic hotel, fantastic beach access, with a clean outdoor pool that provided a refreshing escape during our time there. It was easily reachable via the A1 motorway.
